ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENTS

NATIONAL can provide you with a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for a property you are looking to buy or sell.  If needed, NATIONAL can provide all of your Phase II sampling needs to complete a real estate transaction process.  

TANK MANAGEMENT

NATONAL can design and implement custom management programs for facilities to meet all Regulatory requirements with regard to Petroleum Bulk Storage (PBS) or Chemical Bulk Storage (CBS).  

NATIONAL can assist with PBS or CBS tank removals, installations and abandonements at any size facility.

TANK TESTING

NATIONAL provides all forms of integrity testing of existing PBS or CBS facilities to comply with regulatory requirements.  Approved testing procedures include: Petro-Tite, US Test, EZ Chek and Ultrasonic. 

UNDERGROUND INJECTION CONTROL PROGRAM (UICP)

NATIONAL can provide professional non-intrusive line tracing via Camera, RDF and/or dye tracing.  When needed we can complete sampling of floor drains and leaching pools.

We prepare and submit UIC Closure Plans to proper regulatory agency(s) for approval.  Upon approvals NATIONAL completes remediation (if needed) and closure of UIC system.

COMPLIANCE INSPECTIONS

NATIONAL conducts hundreds of compliance audits and investigations annually.  Audits can be conducted for internal use or for voluntary compliance procedures.

NATIONAL can also provide an inspection of facility processes with minimization of generated wastes in mind. Based on inspections we can provide an analysis of current process and recommendations different, more efficient systems.

TRAINING

NATIONAL conducts various training programs including OSHA 40 hour HAZWOPER, supervisor and refresher training, and DOT driver training.

NATIONAL can also provide facility with custom training systems and modules for OSHA and  USEPA training requirements.
